Possui graduação em Engenharia Química pela Universidade Federal Fluminense (2002), Licenciatura Em Química pela Universidade Salgado de Oliveira (2004), Mestrado (2005) e Doutorado (2009) em Química Orgânica pela Universidade Federal Fluminense. Tem experiência na área de Química, com ênfase em Fisico Química Orgânica, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Modelagem Molecular de substâncias bioativas, efeitos de substituintes e RMN. Atualmente é Professora Associada do departamento de Química do Instituto de Ciências Exatas da Universidade Federal Fluminense - campus Volta Redonda.
